At the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Wake County, N.C., the following resolution was passed:
On account of the heinous crime perpetrated on the person of Mrs. L. S. Rogers, Oct. 30, 1918, near Rolesville, Wake Forest township, Wake County, North CArolina, the Board of Commissioners of Wake County, will pay to the person or persons for the arrest and conviction of the criminal making the assalt on Mrs. L. S. Rogers, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars.
Voting aye: Chairman Scarboro, Commissioners Bernard, Brewer, Chamblee and Franklin.
