Biographical Description

Thomas Miller Jr., the son of a member of the North Carolina Council, was a mariner who settled permanently in Pasquotank Precinct, North Carolina after 1694. Miller served as an associate justice of the North Carolina General Court from 1712 to 1721 and he died in about 1727.
