Biographical Description

Daniel Phillips was a resident of Perquimans Precinct, North Carolina. In 1694 he became a deputy marshal for the colony and sometime after that he helped Mathew Winn and Tom Harriss retrieve a stray pig from John Jennings' property. Phillips may have later moved to Currituck Precinct, where he died in about 1726.
