Biographical Description
Thomas Carl Pack was born in Black Mountain (Buncombe County) on August 8, 1889. As a young adult, Pack worked for several years at a lumber mill in Swannanoa. By 1933, he had been ordained as a Baptist minister. He died in Asheville on July 14, 1939.
