George the Second by the Grace of God King of Great Britain (and so forth)—

To the provost Marshal of our said province Greeting—

We Command you as we have often Commanded you before to take the body of John Robin of the precinct & province aforesaid Indian (if to be found in the said precinct) and him safely keep so that you have him before our Justices at our next Court to be held for the said precinct at the Court house in Edenton on the Third Thursday in July next then and there to answer to the Suit of Thomas Duren Indian in a plea of the Case Damage Twenty pounds herein fail not & have you then & there this writ Dated at the Clerks office the 17th. day of May anno Domi: 1737—
