In further reference to the application Randolph County has in for squad of convicts, we are renewing this application, and desire to say that we are willing to pay $1.50 per day for a squad of 40 or 50 men. We would like for you to consider this seriously, and let us know at once so if you expect to furnish same, we can prepare quarters for them.
