Upon Complaint of the Chowan Indians that they are much Injured by the English Seating Soe near them—

Ordered that noe more Entrys or Settlemt of land be made higher than the plantacons which are alreddy Sealed above the Old towne Creeke and that what Entrys are alreddy made and not yett Settled shall be void.
