Elizabeth Roberts was born in Chowan County sometime sometime after 1748 as her father noted in his 1766 will that she was under the age of eighteen at the time of his death. In 1774 Elizabeth Roberts and several other members of her family signed a nonimportation agreement that later became known as the Edenton Tea Party Resolves. No further records about this individual have been located.
