Biographical Description
Robert Sevier McCall was born in North Carolina on March 25, 1857. McCall was an attorney and Republican politician who served as solicitor for the criminal court district encompassing Buncombe, Henderson, Haywood, and Madison counties from 1895 until 1900. He died on October 3, 1923.
