Michael Robison was born in Caswell County, North Carolina in about 1779. His mother died just after his birth, so as a baby, his older sister Agnes cared for him while their step mother Mary English Robison was visiting their father, a soldier in the Revolutionary War. He died in Knox County, Indiana after 1840.
