Biographical Description
Luther Christian Fogleman was born on July 23, 1868, in Randolph County, North Carolina. In 1920, Fogleman provided testimony in an investigation into an attempted lynching in Alamance County. He was, at that time, an employee of the Graham Roller Cover Company. Fogleman died in Graham, North Carolina on November 30, 1927.
