Biographical Description

William Edgar Colvard was born in Wilkes County, North Carolina, on January 24, 1884. Colvard was an insurance agent in the firm Gwyn and Colvard Company in North Wilkesboro (Wilkes County) in the 1910s. Colvard died on March 14, 1946.
