Barkley, Edward Brevard

Biographical Description

Edward Brevard Barkley was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina, on November 29, 1868. Barkley was an insurance agent who served as mayor and postmaster of North Wilkesboro (Wilkes County). He died in North Wilkesboro on August 5, 1934.
