Biographical Description
Arthur Ross was born in Randolph County, North Carolina, on March 17, 1871. Ross was a textile manufacturer and good roads advocate who served as president of the Davidson-Randolph Highway Association. He died in Asheboro (Randolph County) on June 4, 1947.
