Biographical Description
Charlie Bunton was born on September 22, 1894, in Alamance County, North Carolina. Bunton was a farmer in Liberty, North Carolina, when he registered for the draft (World War I) in June 1917. His mother was Sibbie Jane Bunton (1856-1935). Charlie died in Chapel Hill (Orange County) on September 10, 1963.
