Biographical Description
Charles Alexander Scott was born in Goldsboro, North Carolina, on September 24, 1883. Scott was employed in his father's (Joseph James Scott) house moving business. He died of influenza on November 1, 1918 at the height of the "Spanish Flu" pandemic.
