To the provost Marshal of our said province Greeting—

We Command you as we have often Commanded you before to take the body of John Robin of the precinct and province aforesaid Indian (if to be found in your bailiwick and him safely keep so that you have him before our Justices at our next Court to be holden for the said precinct at the Court house in Edenton on the Third Thursday in October next then and there to answer to the suit of Thomas Duern Indian in a plea of the Case Damage Twenty pounds herein fail not and have you then and there this writ Witness James Craven Clk of the said Court at Edenton the 20th day of August anno Domi: 1737—
