To the provost Marshall of our said province Greeting

We Command you ^as we have often Commanded you before^ to take the Body of John Robin of the prect. and province afd. Indian (if to be found in the said prect.) and him safely keep so that you have him before our Justices at our next Court to be holden for the sd. prect. at the Court house in Edenton on the third Thursday in January—next then and there to answer to the Suit of Thomas Duren ^Indian^ in a plea of the Case—Damage Twenty pounds herein fail not and have you then and there this writt.
