I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of the letter from your office of November 26th, quoting the report of the Attorney-General of North Carolina relative to the investigation of an attack made upon three Russian subjects employed by the Dare Lumber Company near Buffalo City, North Carolina.
A copy of the letter has been transmitted to the Imperial Russian Embassy, for its information.
