I have communicated to my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty your Letter, inclosing an Extract of one from Mr. Dobbs, Governor of No. Carolina to the Lords Commissioners for Trade and Plantations, giving an Account that the Coasts of that Province are infested by the Enemy's Privatiers from the West Indies; and in return I am to acquaint you, for the Information of the Lords of Trade, that a Twenty Gun Ship and Sloop are order'd upon that Station in order for their Protection, and to annoy the Enemy.
