July 13th, 1918.
To the Commanding General,
Camp Sevier, Greenville, N.C.
My dear Sir:-
This letter will be presented to you by E. W. Moore, Private Company B. 119th Infantry, who left camp last December. He writes me:-
“I wish very much to return to my duty, and I am very sorry that I left my company as I did.”
I sincerely hope that you will restore this soldier to ranks and give him another chance to make a good soldier. I believe that he will take advantage of it.
Sincerely yours,
